Grown on the pristine lands of the Himalayas at an altitude of 1000masl, harvested on a chilly mid February day, this tea is part of a 10kg microbatch. The estate owner Rishi is passionate about bringing out the best flavours at the expense of time and effort, and hopes to share the potential to fellow tea lovers! Sundried like a white tea, but with flavours accentuated with a rolling process, this AV2 ‘whitish’ tea is delicate with flavours of sweet rice and clarified cacao, but with a fleeting citrus muscatel note. We like this tea brewed at a lower temperature to preserve the fruity highlights. Tastes like what we imagine a happy spring day to be!
