We first got acquainted with Yukiko's items when we chanced upon them in at an exhibition in Taipei! As a ceramic artist who also brews tea, she makes teaware that are practical for tea brewing.
The glazed nature of the shiboridashi suits it to brew all types of teas. Yukiko especially recommends this glaze + clay combo series of teaware for Wuyi Mountains Yancha (Rock Teas).
