Definitely a tea with an unforgettable name. Rumour has it that the farmer who came up with this method of making Dancong Oolong did not want to share his new method, and brushed it off as 'it's just duck shit' to enquirers. And the name stuck!
This oolong is lighter oxidized than the more popular Honey Orchid Dancong, but has a sweet smooth and creamy mouthfeel with a intense floral fragrance. Surely nothing like what we imagine duck shit to be! We suggest to compare this more regular make with the Lighter Duck Shit Dancong harvested from Shen Ya village for a different interpretation of how the cultivar can taste!
