The 湖红 ‘Hu Hong’ is one of the lesser known traditional Kung Fu Hongchas in China. Grown in Anhua county more known for fermented Dark Teas, this traditional Hongcha grown in Xia Ping Village at about 800masl, is harvested from centarian trees and made by the villagers who have for generations grown and made teas there. This tea is gentle and floral sweetness and a smooth and lasting aftertaste.
