Grown on the pristine foothills of the Himalayas, and harvested on a hazy sunny April morning from an altitude of 1850masl, this black tea is lightly oxidized with care to preserve the fresh gentle favours and capture the essence of Spring. For folks who enjoy the refreshing and light flavours of Darjeeling First Flush black teas, a similar character is found in this Himalayan Spring, which is composed of harvest from a mixture of cultivars AV2, P312 & B157. The resultant brew is exceptionally complex! Brews a lively cup with floral sweetness and light nutty notes on a background of dried spiced hay!
