We remember the first time we laid eyes on a Zhang Ping Shui Xian 漳平水仙, our first thought was ' What a beautiful brick of oolong this is!' Harvested from Nan Yang Xian in Zhang Ping county at an altitude of 670m, the tea trees are almost 40 year old, which is considered fairly old by Zhangping Shuixian standards. The processing method of Zhang Ping Shui Xian is a traditional method created in 1914 in the very county. Lightly oxidized, this oolong tea is refreshing with creamy floral sweetness that lasts many steeps and lingers in the after taste. Do steep this up to at least 6 times to extract every single bit of goodness!
