It may not be hard to tell that Dancongs from Phoenix Mountains are our favourite type of teas! It was not easy to find an Osmanthus-fragrance Dancong that we liked enough for ourselves, and this one is made by one of the farmers we work with. We have been ordering Osmanthus Dancong from Mr Wei since we first started selling teas and realised that the Osmanthus fragrance is not one that is easily achieved in the processing. The beauty about Dancongs from Phoenix Mountains is that the flowers and fruit flavours all occur naturally, without the need for additional fragrances. This medium bodied tea with a smooth milky texture with a floral highlight on top of a mineral base note, resulting in a complex brew that is easily enjoyed!
