We have something for white teas, and speaking of white teas, Fujian province in China is the undisputed birth place of white teas! This white tea is made from the Shui Xian cultivar, which is more well known for making Oolong teas but traditionally made into white teas as well. Made from the very first harvest of the year, from Zhang Dun Town in Jian Yang, of a rougher white peony pluck from an altitude of 860m. This may not sound like a height in comparison to other tea growing regions but going by white teas from Fujian, 860m would be considered high!Brews a mellow chrysanthemum fragrance with notes of almonds and green bean paste, followed by a soothing finish.
