This super rustic Chau Zhou teapot is a perfect way to explore 'cooking' or 'boiling' tea. Using the alcohol glass burner as the heat supply ensures that the fire source is clean and does not leave soot on the bottom of the pot. We like boiling certain ripe puers, hongchas and white teas with this apparatus, which seems to bring about a deeper after taste. This is also perfect for brewing Korean Dokchas.
