The name has a nice ring to it! Rumour has it that the farmer who came up with this method of making Dancong Oolong then did not want to share his new method, and brushed it off as 'it's just duck shit' to enquirers. The name stuck!
This oolong is lighter oxidized than the more popular Honey Orchid Dancong, but has a sweet smooth and creamy mouthfeel with a intense floral fragrance. Nothing like what we imagine duck shit to be!
