Andrzej Bero is forever upgrading himself! One of the newer styles he has is carved Shiboridashi, and this particular one is carved on a pice that looks like it might have been rescued from the bottom of the sea! Shiboridashis are traditionally made with green teas in mind as the large mouth allows temperature to dissipate quickly! Other teas can still be brewed with the shiboridashi, especially for us because we like lower temperature brews to bring out less astringency and more sweetness.
