The tea that comes to mind when thinking of a Chinese Breakfast tea! This hongcha/black tea is made from young unopened buds, which gives it sweet, floral and light cocoa flavours! We love the delicate sweet lingering aftertaste. This tea brews better with mineral water in our opinion!
