We love the unconventional, striking and memorable name of this Dancong! Duck shit is a direct translation of its Chinese name 鴨屎香, which literally means 'Duck Shit Fragrance'. The story goes that the name was given by the farmer who discovered the bush or the process, who chose a unpleasant name in attempts to hide his secret finds! Thank goodness this tea tastes and smells nothing like Duck Shit. This tea is lightly roasted, with floral and musky notes!
