Because we had the best fun learning tea when we were brewing our own, we thought we will share teas the same way!
In this tea brewing and appreciation workshop, each participant will brew 2 teas. All participants will taste all the teas brewed which covers teas from each of the categories of Green, White, Yellow, Oolong, Hongcha (western black tea) and Heicha (fermented teas)! Take this chance to explore brewing using different types of teaware like Traditional Chinese Tea Pottery, Gaiwan, and contemporary artisanal teaware, and increase your confidence of brewing on your own. After all, the fun in tea appreciation is also in enjoying the process of brewing. All teas are single origin, full leaf and specialty grade!
