Most people know of Tie Kwan Yin as a Fujian or Taiwanese grown tea, but this unusual tea is grown and made in Dali, by a farmer-tea maker of Taiwanese origins. The result is a TKY more oxidised than the Fujian varietal but less oxidised than their Taiwanese counterparts, with a creamy fruity sweetness!
