This rugged piece by Andrei Hero has beautiful textures in terms of surface carvings and layered colours, which gives this pot a aged feel. Accompanied by details such as carvings under the lid and the ribboned handle, this pieces has many stylistic characters of an Andrzej Bero piece. The glazed nature of the pot suits the pot to most types of tea, though we suspect the stoneware body retains more heat. Thus, we suggest the pot for more oxidised teas. Aged white teas may also brew well with this pot.
