Compare two types of wakocha (Japanese Black Teas) made from two cultivars of contrasting genetic heritage, Samidori with Japanese roots and Izumi of Indian parentage, with wildly different personalities!

Also included is the fermented folk tea Awa Bancha and its kukicha counterpart , made from the wild grown uncategorized Zairai cultivar!
