Ripe Puers 普洱熟茶 might be considered an old-fashion tea, but its calming and soothing effects are undisputable! Unlike Raw Puers, Ripes undergo a controlled fermentation process with additional moisture and heat. Imperial Puers 宫廷普洱 are a loose-leaf type of ripe puer, made from fine young tippy leaves! This batch is harvested from century-old trees at 1800masl, and fermented at Menghai. The resultant brew is rich and rounded with notes of woody incense and sweet mushrooms.
