Traditionally named Bi Tan Piao Xue 碧潭飘雪 (Drifting Snowflake over Emerald Pond), this method origi- nated from Emei Mountains in Sichuan. Ours is made in Guangxi! Known for superb quality Jasmine Flowers harvested in summer at the peak of their fragrance, at least 5 batches of these flowers are used for infusion into the delicate Spring green tea base of unopened young tea buds! Brews a smooth, rounded cup with powdery jasmine fragrance and notes of banana, with good resistance to astringency!
