荒野白牡丹 Wild White Peony are made from a combination of tea leaves and buds (unopened baby leaves), the combination of two types of plucking (more mature + baby leaves) creates a brew with complex flavours! Harvested from Fuding 福鼎 in Fujian, the very birth place of whites, this batch is made from 大白 (Da Bai) cultivar, prized for its luxuriant white furs on the buds! Brews a delicate yet complex drink with notes of almonds, pears and white chrysanthemum, with a cooling vanilla-like after taste!
