Dancongs are a group of oolongs grown on Phoenix Mountains, traditionally made and drank by the Teochew people. They are loved for their naturally occuring sweet and mineral flavours. The Duck Shit is a more recent method of processing. This batch is harvested from Shiguping village at 850masl from almost century old trees. Brews hints of mangoes and apples with a powdery floral fragrance, on a mineral base.
