After brewing for many years, we gravitate towards Shiboridashis for daily brewing, because they are so convenient to use and simple to clean! This piece by Andrzej is one that is practical for regular usage, and at the same time pretty to behold! We love how the lid contrasts with the unglazed clay exterior, and the combed design of the shiboridashi's surface!

Glazed interiorly thus suited for brewing most teas!

Glazed interior, unglazed exteriorly. Clay slip on the lid.

Fired in electric kiln at about 1200 degree celcius.
