Sundried like a white tea, but with flavours accentuated with a rolling process, this AV2 ‘whitish’ tea is delicate with flavours of almonds and white flowers, with a fleeting citrus nose.

This tea should be brewed at a lower temperature to preserve the fruity highlights. Tastes like what we imagine a happy spring day to be!
